Recommended order
Unless you choose another sort order, listings with confirmed status appear before unconfirmed listings. Within each group, they are ordered by publication date, newest first. These are the main parameters and their relative importance.
User-selected sorting
You can replace the recommended order with sorting by price or date. Active city, municipality, type, price, area and room filters first narrow the results; the chosen order is then applied.
Match, Assistant and personalisation
Match ranks compatibility against criteria you enter, such as budget, location, area, rooms and selected priorities. Assistant converts a free-text description into the same searchable criteria. These tools do not use special categories of personal data or make legal decisions.
Paid promotion
Paid ranking is not currently active. If introduced, every such result will be clearly marked as sponsored or promoted, and the effect of payment on its position will be explained on this page.
Feedback
You can report suspected incorrect ranking, discrimination or concealed advertising through the Complaints page. Material changes to the parameters are published by updating the document version.
