How an owner can post a property for sale or rent
On UseliSe, an owner submits a listing through their account. It goes through automated and manual review before public display; submitting does not mean it is already published.

1. Sign in and verify your email
An owner listing requires an account with a verified email address. If you do not have an account yet, register, open the verification message and complete that step before continuing.
2. Choose sale or rent and enter the details
Enter the property type, title, price in EUR, area, city and available location, address and description. Add only features you can confirm accurately. Leave an unknown field blank instead of guessing.
3. Add at least one photo you are entitled to publish
The form requires at least one property photo. Use current images you have the right to publish; check that they do not reveal documents, faces or details you do not want public. If the upload fails, the listing has not yet been submitted.
4. Confirm your authority and submit for review
As an owner, tick the declaration that you own the property or are authorised to advertise it, and have the right to publish the photos and details. Then submit it for review.
5. Wait for the moderation decision
After a successful submission, the system says the listing was sent for moderation. It becomes public only after approval. If a possible duplicate is detected, a moderator may review it manually.
What this process does not guarantee
Submitting or approving a listing is not legal confirmation of ownership, a price valuation, or a promise of search position, enquiry volume, sale or rental. UseliSe does not represent the owner in a transaction. Check the documents and facts for the specific property.
