The first five listings: a small, checked agency collection
Start with five listings you can explain and keep current. Five is a practical exercise, not a programme requirement or a promise of results. Find preparation gaps before expanding the collection.
Prepared on behalf of the UseliSe project with AI assistance.

1. Choose current properties, not archive leftovers
Confirm availability, price and viewing arrangements with the responsible colleague. Leave out offers awaiting basic details or the owner's confirmation. Five clear listings are more useful than five copies of one property. Give each its existing internal reference so the team can recognise later changes.
2. Keep one row per property in your overview
For each listing, record its reference, sale or rent, property type, city, area, price, review date and responsible colleague. Note where the current text and matching photos are kept. This overview is your preparation; agree the handover format separately. Do not assume that the portal will automatically read an internal table or CRM.
3. Read the text as someone seeing it for the first time
Compare the title, description and fields: price, area and intended use must mean the same thing throughout. Remove facts left over from another listing, unclear abbreviations and claims you cannot confirm. If only part of a property is offered, say which part. Return an uncertain detail to the responsible colleague instead of guessing.
4. Match every gallery to the correct property
Open the photos beside that listing's text and check they show the present condition. Inspect the cover image carefully: it must not belong to another apartment or an earlier stage of work. Keep each property's files separate and remove duplicates. Confirm publication rights and review private details before handover, rather than after public display.
5. Agree who maintains the starting collection
Before sending anything, assign responsibility for price changes, availability and new photos, and decide who answers enquiries. Ask a colleague who did not prepare the collection to review all five listings. Write down questions for the UseliSe team about handover, review and confirmation of public availability. Submission and publication are separate steps.
Ready for a conversation about starting
- Five different properties have checked availability and asking prices.
- Each listing's text, fields and gallery refer to the same property.
- Changes and enquiries have a responsible person.
- Outstanding handover questions are written down for the team.
How to use this starting collection
Keep the review date and your source version. If the agreed process requires a correction, update the identified listing rather than changing all five indiscriminately. A small collection checks preparation; it does not confirm automatic import, programme approval, publication speed, enquiry volume or a completed sale.
Next step: Partner Start
Read the agency page and contact Partner Start. Use your overview for a specific conversation; the initial enquiry does not need clients' private information.
